It's for a Craftsman -358-356070 I'll use 32:1 in 40:1 or one weird thing I have that calls for 25:1, but wouldn't dream of using 32:1 in something calling for 16:1. WebOct 21, 2024 · it would probably run fine on 50 to 1 but if you want to mix at a different ratio a lot of the larger bottles do tell you how much to mix to get different ratios or just buy 2 small bottles of 50 to 1 and mix with a gallon of gas and you should have 25 to 1, I would not use your boat oil though as it wasn't really designed for air cooled engines.

WebFeb 20, 2024 · Other than fouling the plug and producing more emissions, I don't think it hurts to use more oil in the fuel. 1 small bottle of Echo 2 stroke oil mixes with 1 gallon of fuel to give the recommended 50:1 ratio for my Echo trimmer and Husq chainsaw.
