WebJun 24, 2024 · lately CTRL+SHIFT+X was assigned to some Edge internal snipping functionality. Now it reserves both CTRL+SHIFT+X and CTRL+SHIFT+S for snipping. This is overkill as you already have Snipping too in Windows. It also prevents Add-Ons from using these shortcuts.
