In order to solder the conductors to the LED strip you need: wires; soldering iron; tin-lead solder (POS) with a melting point of 183 – 265 degrees; heat-shrinkable tubing 12 mm in diameter; rosin or other neutral flux. Wires should be soft. Stiff stranded wires can pull away from the solder pad and damage the pad. WebLED strips can be connected between them with soldered joints. Measure and cut the wires (standard colors are RED for positive and BLACK for negative). Strip the wires on both ends with a cutter, or a wire stripper if you have one. I would recommend pre soldering both the wires and copper connections before making the final soldering.
